Customer Care: Distribution

Our Distribution team is committed to providing superior Customer service to you at all times. Should you have any issues with the delivery of your stock please contact 13 COKE (13 2653).

Ordering process:

Generally, CCA will contact you to place an order 48 hours prior to your delivery. To allow us to get your order out on time, it is important that you place your order at least 48 hours prior to you normal delivery date. Please note: some Metropolitan CBD areas deliver within 24 hours – please check with your Coca Cola representative for more information on this service.

If you require stock urgently, we may be able to offer you a next day delivery in most Metropolitan areas. There may be an additional fee associated with an express.

WARNING

Under the liquor laws of all Australian States and Territories it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. Severe penalities apply for breach. This site will only accept orders for liquor from holders of a current liquor licence issued in any State or Territory.
